New Resource: EPC Parts Info & Diagram Index in English
Happy new year everyone!
To make it easier to access EPC information on the web I've created an english language index to one of the russian sites...
Index to All Chassis Types
W210 Chassis Type Index
For quick access, just type the URL http://everythingbenz.com/epc
I hope you enjoy this and find it useful. Please message me if you see any issues or glitches. I've just finished the main work and wanted to announce it here first as this is kind of my "home" forum.

The Mercedes EPC site is a bit confusing to use at first, plus I've heard it said that it doesn't work on all computers. I've tried to provide more obvious info to help you quickly find what you are looking for than I think is provided (in an obvious way) on either the EPC or russian sites. Plus, I think the EPC is only available free to US residents, and it requires registration with a credit card.
There is a learning curve to using the official EPC site... for example, it took me awhile to figure out that I needed to be in "MD" mode to access a drill-down list of chassis types. Plus, if you don't know your chassis type and are not looking by WDB (if you even know how to do that) you might need to look in a number of places to get the info to let you differentiate between seemingly similar codes.
The official EPC is certainly a wonderful resource. I'm just putting an alternative out there that some people might find useful.

The Mercedes EPC doesn't work on Mac OSX for sure...
And this version is much easier to use for the casual DIY'er.
Thanks for posting!

if anyone has space to host, i have downloaded all of the 99-02 parts diagrams
of the 210 into single PDF. faster and allows you to use find feature. i did this
via the older Russian site prior to their going java. also, when they figured out
i was harvesting the diagrams they curtailed this feature which allows auto/bulk
downloading. about 75mb

Even though is free to us, I decided to paid $13 for 1 year membership to support the website for providing me access to great infos. It actually very easy to use if you just enter your VIN# starting WDB_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _. One thing I learn from owning Mercedes for years, is to never ever order parts based on chassis numbers like W209, W210....etc. The only way to gaurantee 100% that you order the right parts, is to order the parts based on your VIN#.

after calling my mb dealer the numbers worked, they were dealer only parts so i couldnt find them
i also found this site with price, but not a lot cheaper than my dealer maybe few dollars. (side note is the prices i was quoted from dealer are about average for prices, no huge dealer markup that ive seen)
ive found easy way is to search for part number http://www.ecstuning.com/

You won't
be able to register for free or maybe at all on the USA EPC since you are in Spain. Use the Russian EPC and google translate.
