When I move the seat adjuster button I hear the motor clicks for both directions.
I noticed that my battery is low on amps, could that be the reason there is no juice to push the motor against racks resistance. Manually I was able to remove the motor and hammer on the tracks to bring them to backward position.

Keep in mind I have disassembled the cushion from the seal, so I have everything exposed for diagnosis
OK weird if new seat module and motor works when not connected.
Switch but yes pls do try have car running if is low on amps.
Have u tried the re-syncing procedure?
Even if is not responding try it out anyway..
Sounds to me like a switch problem

I tried running the car yesterday and waited little bit then successfully the seal moved little back and forward. I took the battery to Autozone and it had min charge. Autozone said the battery is good just needs to be charged. Si I'll see tomorrow how it works

Here is the update, I charged the battery to 80%, then ran the seat back and fwd for very short period of time and then it stuck again and doesn;t want to move. I noticed that the motor housing was too hot. Also, Autozone told me the battery doesn't hold good charge. I think I need to replace the battery first and see.

That sounds good and exactly what happent to me only my battery is good but had not used the function in almost 6 months and now I also found out it only works when ignition is in position 1 or not in sleep mode.
The E 55 w211 goes in sleep mode after a certain time.

This says a lot my friend I'm sure it works out when battery is charged.
But if Car can start you can charge it yourself by driving the car is better choice now me assure battery if voltage is below 12 is not good car should through out aprox 13.2 volt minimum 14 best if alternator and battery is OK..

U have any problems not driving UR car?

First try the cheap route--disconnect the battery and wait then reattach----does you seat motor engage------if not you either have a faulty control module and or motor----- find someone who has the test equipment to read the chassis faults.
