How to replace w211 air filter ?

The triangular shaped one? Maybe to just look better. It could have done as just one single piece of cover I think instead of the cover/filter box and a separate piece in the front.

LPG injectors
No problems removing the plastic cover panel and filter housing, but looks like I'll have to dismantle both LPG injector rails, which have been helpfully screwed onto sides of housing! Don't really want to disconnect all 8 hoses leading down to cylinders. Has anyone else removed these rails? How easily do they come off?

I think those covers are put in mostly to discourage owners from doing their own work. If it looked like a carbureted Chevy 350 it'd cut into dealer profits.
