roller blind cover + central console cover replacement

I have always wanted an alternative for the central console painted in rubber paint and get scratches easily.
I found a roller blind installed on W207 in black ash wood for 50 euro new, and bought meanwhile the central console cover in brown instead of black, as my interior is brown. we will see haw is going to look like.
to be installed soon.
Part numbers
- Central console cover (brown): A2046800107 8R78
- Central console roller blind (black ash wood): A2076802107

auto folding mirrors

This is the software modifications for installing the auto-folding mirrors:

1- Before any (online!) SCN coding can be done, add the proper option codes to the car's data card in Vedok. That would be option code 500 and P49 (and maybe option code 249, depending on whether or not you added the auto dimming feature).

2- hook up the car to stardiagnose and surf through the different menus and activate all that can be activated in relation to the folding mirrors.

How have the tablets held up? Are the brackets and everything still sturdy over time?

Are the folding mirrors up and running? Would love to see how you went through the process to get them installed.

Final updates
- Carbone fiber steering wheel (It was a hard choice between the AMG steering wheel from the facelift and the carbone fiber). The carbone fiber is amazing in real life.
- Rear AMG trunk spoiler in black
- Double exhaust diffuser
- Front Lorinser black grill
- Front bonnet badge in black
- Giovanna Giovanna Mecca FF 20 inch wheels (225/45/30) 35 offset
- Caliper paint Foliatec Circuit grey glossy.

Very impressive!

I can vouch for the trunk comfort box. It has been the biggest surprise of my W212 purchase and I can't believe that I drove for almost 50 years without one. It's so good I'm surprised people haven't adapted it to other makes/models.

I am considering making a "false floor" in my console box for a wireless phone charger (have working electronics, just need a platform for it). My wireless Carplay setup means that my phone is basically an integral part of my car now, and using Carplay wirelessly eats the phone battery alive. I don't want junk and wires hanging off my dashboard or on top of my console.

Hi. Nice upgrade.

How did you mount that w207 AT wood grain shift knob to the manual shiftstick? 🤔
I have manual6 w204 but the shiftstick is different AT-Manual. Manual is thicker. Or manual w212 & w204 is different..?
Thank you.

The boot comfort box; A2126800010, is that compatible between all W212's? Can i say buy from Ebay say one labeled W212 CLS and it will fit in my 2011 E550?

Box seems useful and i want it in my car.

Also
Shows there's some sort of bracket on the inside. Where would one source those pieces?
