The beauty of a good vinyl is that it doesn't need much of anything. You can keep it as simple as you want, yet do the most basic form of upkeep (wiping with a damp chamois or cotton towel) and chances are, it'll age just as well if not better than the guys' who spent tons of hours and products on theirs.
A black MB Tex car with a person who doesn't dirty up the interior just needs water wipedowns. I'm a firm believer in the less abrasives, even being a mild soap, especially on plastic, the better. If your interior gets dirtier, then obviously products start to be required. Tan interiors will show dirt more so may need more extensive work. Though I just scrubbed with water on a chamois. Black interiors don't show dirt anyway, so water should suffice (unless, again, it gets extra dirty).
Aside from damp wipedowns, I'd use Aerospace 303 for the upkeep.

He has the magic eye. Top strip of wood is a few noticeable shades lighter than the lowermost wood panel...... Definitely sun exposure is greater to the top one sir. Indeed. Looks beautiful inside though and yes MBTex doesnt wrinkle like leather permanently and doesnt scratch easily or take damage from water

Trust me, the trim is the same top and bottom. There was more light reflected from the top in the pic
