Has anyone purchased from Mercteil.com before? Are they trustworthy? They sell genuine oem parts much cheaper. If you have, please let me know about your experience. Thanks!

I did,
To me it was a little weird. You put items in cart than when u wanna check out it's a process of emailing mercteil and then they send you an invoice for the items and you pay(they accept PayPal so I guess your money is safe). Due to customs shipping took really long. I've bought items over seas plenty of times and this process that mercteil uses is long and not usual. At the end the items finally arrived.

One thing that I learned while dealing with Carlsson Germany is that the Europeans work at their own pace. Lol. My wheels were expected to be delivered at a certain point, but got pushed back several days later just because of their pace. I'm sure they'll respond.

I have bought from them here in Norway , they sell original parts and buy this from Germany/MB after you order and pay them . For me it was fast and about half the price of what MB want in my country . From they got my payment to they send it to me it took about 6 days . I have a company so i got prices without Vat but have to pay this in my country . I will buy from them again .

That's what I've purchased plus a pen and G keychain. I wanted to get the headrests and few brabus parts but due to the wait I think I will pass.

Yes the parts I got were original Mercedes items. That got good reviews tho.
Once the parts arrived were they OEM parts? Quality? Fitment?

Bought the pillow with the blanket, best stuff I ever purchased for the truck(beside my ADV wheels). Got to buy one more pillow so I can have on both ends of the rear bench

SO sick of waiting on the Europeans

I have just come across the feedbacks about our company and I have to admit some things are a little unfair.
First of all buying overseas always include a longer shipping/delivery time.
When we purchase anything on eBay from the USA we have to wait as long as you do when you buy from Europe. In my opinion considering the ocean between the two continents there is no reason to call Americans lazy or slow and vice versa.
On the other hand when we order things nationally 6 days is way too long. I would write the same feedbacks that you did here.
Unfortunately we have to check all orders since many people have no idea what they purchase. Finally it does not fit or is for a different model because they have not read at least the description (nobody would like to spend a thousand USD for a wrong part and claim it overseas). To avoid it we decided to process many orders manually.
There are over 1 million MB part numbers. Just imagine having them all in a warehouse (some of them 4 times as for example wheels). Now imagine two people purchase the same set of wheels. Obviously we cannot store all parts in our warehouses. Therefore we have to reorder some parts here and now (even if it is only one missing part of a full set). Unfortunately it takes a little time before we can ship them out.
All in all we constantly work on providing the best possible service. And we love the quality of Mercedes-Benz vehicles the same way you all do. I think waiting 3-5 days longer is finally worth it.

This wasn't a negative feedback but an explanation to other members of how it works. I used the word "weird" cause this was the first time I seen a checkout process like this and wasn't used to it.
Mercteil are professional company that know what they doing and sell original Mercedes parts/accessories. I've ordered at least 4 more times from them. All my questions were answered within a day(time difference) pricing is always best and they carry great OEM Mercedes products/parts that are not avalible here in the States. Will be getting the AMG headrests for my G really soon

Hi. Experience is there. I've bought spare parts a couple of times. Well, they personally responded quickly to me. And I didn't have to wait long for the delivery. Maybe it's worth contacting them in a different way?
Overall, let me know when the situation is resolved.

I recommend Mercteil
Living in New Zealand, the cost of shipping varies wildly with some vendors clearly not caring and their web sits have eyewateringly high prices. And parts prices vary wildly as well. Going to the dealer results in an extremely high price, and a wait of 4-6 weeks because it comes from Germany. Shopping begins with identifying the part numbers and then not only comparing prices, but shipping.
I needed two shock towers for a W460. A known design flaw, they rust out.
US$213 all up, parts and shipping. A4603201678 and A4603201778 are the part numbers. I found Mercteil in Latvia to be best price including shipping. €64 each side, plus reasonable shipping. And they arrived within two weeks.
As you can see, they have the original MB labels on them, so I recommend Mercteil for those who find the international shipping costs to be too high. See www.mercteil.com
Now, when the weather gets better (it's winter down under), I'll spend a day with the grinder and then a date with my welder, bouncing shock-less to his shop.
