Roof leak, front right
My roof is leaking under heavy rain at the front right corner, from the edge of the sun visor to the front of the grab handle. It is only on the headliner, so not wiper spindles. I've sealed the xm antenna hole, as well as cleaned out the front windshield drain channels.
My last thoughts are that it is the sunroof drain on that side, though I can't find detailed instructions on how to chase that down. Short of pulling the headliner, any thoughts or help? Looking inside the sunroof mechanism, sometimes it appears damp after but that seems to be sort of circumstantial.

Check the antena . Mine developed a leak after accidentally hitting it loading skies on the roof .

Are you referring to the central one at the front edge of the roof (what should be the XM antenna, but I just have a plug)? I sealed that up from the underside thinking it was the culprit. Didn't help any unfortunately.

The sunroof drain tubes can break or become detached. There is one of the right where you describe your leak. You should be able to access it by pulling down the headliner in that corner.

so i got into the headliner tonight, and the hose is still attached and intact. I felt everything and cannot figure out where the moisture is coming from? It is definitely located near the front right-any ideas?

What are your symptoms?
My driver's side hose was broken, luckily I caught it when I redid my headliner and lived in LA with the truck at the time.
Might need to pull the headliner down to give it a look.
You may be able to get away with just pulling it down from the front to sneak a peak up there.
Just pull down your rearview, take off thee sunvisors and roof handles up front and pull the liner down.
The hoses are close enough to the corners that you can get a decent look at them.

I’ve checked the seal around the sun roof : it looks fine. I’ve also push through the drain going along A pillar righ and left and steel wire to ensure that those drains were not occluded, I ‘ve put water to check if it was going through the drain, output was ok.
I noticed, that the sunroof is not flush with the roof in the back area. It is overflush, so I’m wondering if the sunroof as such is not the root cause... I will investigate the antena area.
So far, no clear conclusion about the root cause. Any advise would be welcome!

I don’t have a leak but after I wash the truck water collects in one corner of the sunroof on the outside (top of truck).
The other 3 corners of sunroof are flushed with top body panel when sunroof is closed but that one corner sits about 2-4 mm lower and thus collecting water.
Should that be a concern even if water is not leaking into the interior as of now ?
Can that low corner be adjusted to be more even and flushed with top panel ?
Thanks
