Did a search on here and google and came up with nothing. Was hoping someone could help me pretty straight forward. A/C comes on and blows cold sometimes and sometimes blows warm checked the Freon and it is were it is suppost to be at about 2.70lbs Has anyone had the same issue or know what maybe the problem. I was thinking A/C switch but thought i would check on here first. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

was the ac serviced recently?

this can happen if you are low or overcharged on/ with refrigerant.

i did service it at my repair shop and according to my robin air a/c machine it showed 2.70lbs which is were it was suppose to be at i replace it with 2.75lbs and its still doing the same thing. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

you have air in the system (did they evacuate before adding refrigerant?) or the "2.7 lbs" in there are not 2.7 lbs

and why did you have to service it to begin with?

it does not have air in the line from what my a/c machine told me and i evacuated the system and vacuumed the whole system. The reason i did the service was cause i was figuring i had low refrigerant in the system. I can try purging the system how do you recommend i do it?

If you are sure you have vacuumed the system properly the 2.7 lbs is not 2.7 lbs. I don't have the number, but make sure you have the proper amount in there.

Have you replaced your cabin filters?

There is a TSB on our AC system where ground is inconsistent. I had mine fixed last summer and it took 3 trips to the dealer...

intermittent ground....good lord. like finding a needle in a haystack
