With the two different offsets, will the rims fit on the GL450? Wont it just give it a more aggressive look?

Which AMG 21's? If you're talking about the 21"x10" with 46mm offset, they will fit all GL's (350/450/550/63) just fine with or without AMG fenders. Yes, it will look more aggressive (stick out farther), but it's not huge and some might prefer it.

That's why H&R is in business selling spacers. If you put spacers on, it'll be way too far out. It'll clear your brake calipers for sure since they're even smaller than the GL550 and Gl63.

The offset isn't an issue, but I would measure the over all height of the tire you intended to run.

Yes but offset for ml63 is usually +56 so they will stick out .4 inches farther or 10mm.

Just a more aggressive look.
