Torque Specs for Front Strut Replacement
Hello all - my 2010 GLK with 110k miles has recently developed a slight popping sound from the front right corner whenever turn the wheel off-center. Upon inspection the spring seems to be making the noise and sort of sticking. I think the front strut bearing is seized which is why the spring won't rotate smoothly and sticks and pops free. I have a new strut top hat with sealed bearing. Does anyone have the torque specs for this job?
Strut to knuckle (I think there is 2 different torque specs for this.
Strut to upper mount
Strut top hat to strut
Thanks!
