Revamp poor choice of words, my bad. Car was losing water. Dealer assumed radiator, replaced. Shortly after, experienced hydrolock. Assumption is water got in through gaskets. Car was under extended warranty so did a complete rebuild, including replacing 8 pistons and cylinder heads/bolts/connectors... 7-page invoice details all parts/labor for interested buyers. Hope that helps. Will load better pics in next 24 hours.

How long is the warranty on the engine rebuild? Can you scan paperwork (very curious on the revamp)? Also, carfax shows accident in 2009, any details on that, do you have photos?

I emailed you a response to this, will post here too for other interested viewers:
Hi. I believe you have two questions to answer. Here goes:
The car was in a minor accident in 2009, as stated on the Car History tab.
The damage was all body - no mechanical. The car was hit on the front quarter
panel, denting that panel, denting same corner of the hood, and breaking
the headlight. We completely replaced the panel, hood, and headlight (hence
the color difference noted between the two headlights). Work was completed
by a dealer-authorized local body shop and coordinated through South Bay MB
dealership, all fully documented. I do not have photos. I can ask the dealership
if they took photos, maybe for insurance purposes, if needed.
The engine rebuild was performed at South Bay MB dealership as well, again
fully documented. This work was done under our extended warranty, and it
maxed that coverage. There is no longer any coverage on this vehicle, as
stated on ebay. That said, much of the engine, as well as the radiator, is brand
new. In addition to taking apart and checking/servicing every component of engine,
(this service took nearly 3 months), dealership also ran checks on brakes, fluids,
tires, and performed smog certification at this time.
ALL service/repair/work for this vehicle is documented and completed
via/at South Bay MB dealer by authorized AMG technician - we never took the
car elsewhere. Hope that helps.
I will email you the scanned engine rebuild paperwork now. It does not include radiator - that was replaced month earlier. Again I can get that too, as needed. Prefer not to post service paperwork online but willing to share by email request.

I would like to know if your R63 is still available? If so has anyone made an offer?
I drove an R350 2011 recently - a very nice solid vehicle! I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for all the inquiries and support! Ebay auction did not hit reserve, so car is still available. We've had two offers around 22K, but that's less than we're willing to sell it for at this point. She will wait patiently in our garage (we'll take her for the occasional spin to keep her happy) until the right buyer comes along. I noticed one of the folks who inquired put his on the forum for sale as well - a Barolo Red in Westchester, NY. Two Rs in the same week... pretty amazing. Also, posting a few more pix as requested....
