Xlr8tin, it is a slow process for me to do this. I don't even now how I am going to finish it. Whether it be with CF overlay or a 3m Dino's CF and then gel coat it, I haven't really got that far. Right now I have a foam block molded in the shape of the lower front bumper. Once I get going again (the weather in Michigan is too cold, like 19* this am) I wil get to work on it again. If it goes smooth, I might sell it to you, but don't hold your breath. ;-)

It sounds like you need to take a "vacation" to the south...or out here to Oregon. It's still in the 40-50s here
Well this definately sounds like a fantastic project. Please keep me posted. Too bad I wasn't closer. I'd love you help.

Yeah tell me about it. I would like the fact that I could drive all year, but on the other hand I like keeping the miles low each year.
Yeah it's a slow process. I work on it slowly not to mess up the shape, but if I do mess up I can always add a little foam and sand down what I don't need. Either fiber glassing or gel coating will be the tough part. What to cover it with will be the tough part. I will keep you posted on progress. Like I said, if it goes well and smooth I might make another if the price is right. Just keep in mind I don't charge the typical MB tax.
