No it won't hit the inside , with the 30et it's about 15mm sticking out farther than what it should be . It's the outside lip that will be an issue
Can it be done ? Yes there's been member who fit a 12 inch rim with fender work .

Hi There, Apologies for the picture quality. I will be doing more pictures of my car at some stage as it has changed a lot. The Picture is of my rear wheels. 20x10.5 with a 27 Offset. Running a 255/30/20 - I have also machined 3mm off the rear wheels. I would assume the offset is now more like 30. They don't really poke above the guard really as you can see its tucking, bearing in mind my guards have been heavily pumped and rolled. I would imagine them to poke on standard guards. 20x11 is very ambitious (Anything is possible) Cheers Joshua

So so nasty
The wheels that I'm lookin at I can do a
20x10.5 +30r +38 front
Or 20x10.5 +38f 20x11.5 +30 r
I'm guessing I need to stay with the 10.5 square. Just hope it clears brakes.. Also are you on links? Or lowering mod

Yeah I believe the rear is on links but the front is packed with washers/spacers. The front's not ideal but have never had a problem so I have just left it as I like the height as is etc (I may look into links for the front in the near future...They are cheap enough haha). I would go with what you like and what you are prepared to fit to the car. I only run a 20x8.5 25 Offset on the front. I can't really comment on what would work or what is needed to fit a wheel that aggressive to the front. Hope it's been some help, good luck with you wheels can't wait to see some pictures! Cheers

Don't be sorry mate that's what these threads are for.. Sharing information. Those rims are tough much like! I've tried to look on the net for you in regards to the front wheels with not much luck. Just use Google images mate you can search for lots of stuff. I found this https://mbworld.org/forums/s-class-w...rims-sale.html He was running 11 Inches on the rear, although by the looks of it standard suspension and guards. These would poke like no mans business I'd imagine. The rears should be fine. The fronts I'd have no idea (I can't find anything bigger then a 9.5 wide for a W220 on the net). Try do a bit more research I'm sure it's all been done before. Good luck!

I think the front is going to be your problem , not the rear . You may need to actually put fender flares on the front - even with pulling and rolling I don't see a 10.5 fitting in the front - you will damage the fenders when you turn the wheel !!
Do they sell that rim in 19 inch instead of 20? They may have a narrower 19. What brand and model wheel is that ?
They look similar to rohana wheels which come in the proper sizes, see ebay item 291092363666
I would just find a similar style wheel that comes in the right sizes .

Hey everyone, need some rims help thought id get more help here than the amg w220 section- I have a 06 s65 with the stock 19s, new tires all around. I need to upgrade the stock rims as they are bent and I had the fronts fixed but it still wasn't 100%. I don't want to pursue refurbishing them so instead I will get new ones..I know the stocks have a 48 offset in the front and 60 in the rear. Various websites online list 35 offset for this car but it doesn't sound right for the 65. Which offsets can I get away with without rubbing? Also going to install the programa lowering module so I don't want rubbing to be a issue. thanks!
The rims I was looking at were Niche Turin wheels http://www.carid.com/niche-wheels/tu...-87461043.html

Those niche wheels are a very good looking option
I would ask the wheel seller to sell you the proper offset for your car
They have books and manuals to get you the proper wheels
Generally an et between 30-45 will work but depends how much wider you are going
Also it's crucial you use tires with the same diameters front and rear , so when you select a staggered tire size the diameter of both are similar otherwise you'll get wheel sensor errors

I got a set of 22x9 (offset +38) wheel with 255/30/22 tires, my car does lower than stock S600, rear tire has robbing issue when drive on the freeway over 100 if I hit a dip or uneven road.

I am assuming these are W220 wheels from an S55 with a 44mm offset front and 46mm offset rear. The stock setup was 245-40-19 front, 275-35-19 rear. A 255-45-19 will fit on the front, you could put the same on the rear if you want, it will be stretched. If these happen to be W220 S65 wheels you will need a spacer for the rear wheels because they have a 60mm offset. If they are W221 wheels they are 43mm offset and should work fine with the 255's. A 265-35-19 may fit in the front but I have not personally tried it.
