Car doesnt start after new Airmatic relay????
I just replaced my Airmatic pump and fuse. The car started with the old relay, i let it idle and i raised it and lowered it a couple of times. Then i went to the dealer and bought a Hella relay, installed it, and the car now doesnt start. When i turn the key, nothing happens, guages dont move instrument cluster lights up and shows Total ODO and stuck on that. Radio REST and headlights work. Lock/Unlock works as well. I'm really puzzled right now... Could it be a EIS problem? I have tried 2 keys and both respond the same, one key was newly purchased from the dealer not long ago.

I'm sure i replaced the correct relay. The new relay isn't defective. I talked to my mechanic, and he said that i activated the immobilizer. Because i left the battery connected while i replaced the relay. I'm taking it to the dealer to reset it

My airpump was trying to raise the car to correct level after i leave her alone. I figure out it when the battery was started to get empty after 4 days leaving her alone. It was really hard to figure out anyway i started to pull relay every day after i parked the car, with the battery connected.
I did it maybe 40-50 times while battery connected. i dont think that is the cause.

I believe the airmatic relay has nothing do with the no start. Instead i think i did something that made the computer go to death mode. Got it towed to the dealer, its at the dealer now. They better not tell me þe EIS is broken, cuz its working perfectly fine. Ill keep you guys updated!

Turns out i blew a 160 amp fuse in the power distributor under the carpet of the passenger seat. I have no idea what happened, but the computers on the car required reprogramming. $200 part $700 labor, took 2 hours to fix. So $450/hr
Car works now, somehow my delayed trunk problem is fixed, and i'm getting 35 MPG without even trying. Weird...
