Weird Tranny Problem
Just to clarify done a lot of digging before posting.
MANUAL changes to Sport by itself.
Star no codes found
I honestly don't understand this why it happens I can run the car flat out and suddenly find my sleep being Sport Mode. Driving me nuts.
Oil + Filter changed at AMG After this and they said all is OK we need make a deeper test...
Miss my manual
Anyone seen this before I haven't been able find this problem mentioned on any other cars who also has the Manuel mode...
Any information would be highly appreciated

This confirms my suspicion
"The engine oil sensor may be the cause"
I found a error bad engine oil sensor and when clearing the code will of course come back until solved Tranny works.
Sensor in my hand. Oil ordered sweet super super thanks man you saved me a lot if time and money on pointless diagnostics.
Wow I actually found error code p2076 oil temperature not plausible - with Carsoft 7.4 multiplexer lol.
Regular OBDII didn't show any codes nice.
Thanks again...

psuball1 had it replaced and acknowledge
so the tranny has been repaired and O-55 was right, bad oil sensor. I would recommend that anyone that has this issue should print this thread out and show your tech, if I would not have given this info to my tech he may not have figured it out.

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of the transmission mode changing by itself from M to S/C while driving, the engine oil sensor may be the cause. The engine control unit may contain no stored faults codes or the fault codes shown above. To resolve, install engine oil sensor A006 153 59 28.

Here is the sensor (who have thought crappy Carsoft 7.4 could actually see the problem lol, used Carsoft on my old CLK 320 back then )

Problem Solved thanks
So finally got the new Oil Sensor, oil and the time to swap the sensor out, Damn what a relief super slick..
Since I just had oil change 300 km ago I just drained rear oil plug 30Nm
then out with the sensor in with new one 15Nm
Oil and a good long run until warm and then.. Darn
I missed this, there is nothing like the E 55 in Manual with the S/C kicking in what a difference thanks guys I am super super happy..
You guys Saved me some $$$$$$$$ sweet I needed that lol.
Even I explained this to my AMG garage and told them I know MB know this is a known problem but all they said oh well we need do a deep tranny test $$$$$$$ not again totally wrong to focus there even most obvious one should think but this shows the MB specially the AMG is not that obvious I like that...
Thank you all thank you thank you thank you I got my car back I am so happy 4 months with this crap and tranny not just manual also S and C was not like it used to be it is now Yahoooo...
