Droopy Flap
The arm can be bent. If so it will break, that is what happened to mine. I found an independent who replaced the whole assembly, but not with a cable and tensioners, like the original setup. He said that was a "bandaid" that Mercedes knows this is a problem but there was no recall as it was not a safety issue. He replaced the cable with a rigid bar (not a cable) and new flaps. This permanently solved the droopy flap. The repair was about 1/2 of what the dealer wanted to replace just the cable and tensioners. I got the whole new assembly for less than $900.

Quick clarification and pic to show issue
I am sure this is my issue! You can see in the pic I took the "arc" in the original part that is causing the gear to not engage (would be easy to mistake for a stripped gear but the teeth on both sides are perfectly fine!). Look closely and you can see the gear inside. That should be sealed.
HERE IS MY QUESTION:
I have searched a bunch on MB OEM Parts sites and the original part number (120448100) comes up as not found. When I type the one in from the pics in this post (2307500111), I get this description:
OEM Catalog SUPPORTING P
MSRP: $55.00
Your Price: $44.00
Before I hit order, can someone that's ordered these already confirm this is the right item and that this is for the pair!? It's clear that this is a failed part and I want to replace both while I'm doing it!
Thanks.

Can anybody direct me to a thread to get at S69/1 which reports that the roof is in contact with the windshield? Need directions to remove interior windshield trim to get at the switch.
