OT - who knows about SLK55s?
the SLK forum is dead slow... anyone here know about these cars?

my initial thoughts:
cheapo tires
brakes need servicing
NAV disk missing
price is a bit high for the mileage...
thoughts?

Well then. 
Brake rotors are $$$ like the E63.
I have not seen too many problems with the 171 chassis. Interior can be a bit noisey (rattles and exhaust note), lots of plastic inside too. Not sure about accident safety with regards to such a small car.
Drives like a go cart.
Nothing really terrible to say about them.

Just smoked one badly an hour ago - some poor dude was trying to impress his mate by flying past me, unfortunately for him I was feeling rather frisky myself.
Poor guy had to turn off at the next intersection to avoid another thrashing.
