Do you have trunk space where the spare wheel lies like the e55 sedan?

How hard can it be, wire up in the trunk, and run hoses down and back, voila, done

Are you guys draining the circuit after adding ice or making your own ice? I fear contaminants.

no, you can tuck them so they they are not visible at all.

If you look under H's E55(black06c230), you cannot even tell he has a trunk tank by looking under the car.

How do you think this trunk tank with stock HE/supercharger cooling will work? Is the spare taken out?

You need to split the cooling first upfront, then it will work like a charm homey. Let me know if you have any more questions.

So no spare with this right?
Also I have no aftermarket He, any real benefit with this?

Yes sir, no spare once you install the tank. Adding a tank with the stock HE is better than just adding a aftermarket HE. You could route it the following way for optimal results:

Trunk tank with bilge pump》front intercooler pump》intercooler》heat exchanger》back to the trunk tank.
