2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA250 Configurator Launched

The entry level CLA is launching this fall in the US and now you can configure your own baby sedan-coupe on Mercedes-Benz online configurator. Initially, choice is limited to the front-wheel drive CLA250, with 4matic all-wheel drive coming soon after. But eventually we’ll get the CLA45 AMG which is sure to be enthusiasts’ favorite.

While pricing begins at $30,825 (including $925 for destination) the CLA250’s options can quickly raise the bottom line. Ten color choices are available, including the pictured designo Magno Polar Silver Matte Metallic ($2500) and three wheel options are available, measuring 17 inches (pictured), up to 18 inches as you move upmarket.

The CLA250’s options include a $2,000 sport package, which gets you some additional, sporty body cladding (sort-of, kind-of looks like an AMG), panoramic sunroof ($1,480) and a lighting package with bi-xenon headlamps and LED taillamps ($850). Inside, a leather upholstery package is available ($1,500), as well as typical premium and multimedia packages ($2,200 and $2,370, respectively). If you check every box you’ll be a few grand short of $50,000.
