Mercedes-Benz PRE SAFE Ad Responds to Jaguar Home

The feathers are still settling after Jaguar’s eponymous mascot ate the Mercedes-Benz MAGIC BODY CONTROL chicken in a recent commercial the British manufacturer produced poking fun at the Mercedes-Benz “Chicken” ad.

The marketing folks at Mercedes-Benz have now released a rebuttal to Jaguar’s attack ad that touted cat-like reflexes over Magic Body Control. The Mercedes response ad says, “Cat-like reflexes aren’t fast enough.” The ad goes on to promote PRE-SAFE braking by showing an S-Class stopping in time to avoid colliding into a Jaguar (the animal, not the car) several yards down the road.
