Since it all started when you had the injectors serviced, that would be a logical starting point. The 190e has a relatively early mechanical fuel injection system. It's not at all uncommon to need new injectors. I know it's not what you'd want to hear, but I personally would have just replaced them instead of servicing them. They are about $45-50 each from the dealer but you could find them cheaper online. You'd also need the seals which are only a couple bucks each. If you're mechanically inclined you can easily DIY but your fuel system will need adjusting afterwards and that takes some experience... not because it's difficult but you simply have to know how to do it.
When my injectors started going bad and leaking fuel out, I had a lot of trouble starting. Giving a little gas when turning over would usually get it to start though. Anyway, it could be anything, but that's what little help I can offer. I feel for ya! Good luck!
