Strange smell
Like ever since I had my car worked on (had the Bearing brkt replaced) now it(my car) smells like a skunk is in my car all the time...I figured it was antifreeze burning so I checked my radiator and the fool who fixed my car didnt tighten the hose clamps so I did it but I still get that weird *** smell ??
does someone know what may be causing this....?
Maybe i should check again...I dont notice anymore leaks though.

Anti-Freeze
Did you drop that big-*** plasic pan, to get rid of the anti-freeze that already leaked?
If you get the urge to clean the engine bay don't use any pressure, just a hose with no nozzle on the end.
Assuming that the smell is anti-freeze, you should be good after that, but it takes a while. If it's not anti-freeze and smells a bit like rotten eggs, it could be your catalytic converter.

Well after getting home from work last night I spent about an hour trying to figure out what the hell it was. So I jacked the car up and went under. I did notice some areas that still had some wet reside of antifreeze..so I dried it up and made sure that all my hoses are fastened properly. I'll see if on the drive home tonight if the smell arises again..
Thanks for the help!!
P.S. Its not an egg smell...Its sort of sweet and eye/nose irritating.

It's probably antifreeze, it takes a very long time to totally burn off, even when it dries it still gives off the smell when heated. My headgasket was replaced a long time ago and whenever I smell it I think it's leaking somewhere but everything is dry so it has to be still burning off.
