Towing with the 190E

Do you want to tow the 190 or tow something behind it? If you want to tow it remember it is a RWD car and towing from the front even with it in nuetral will damage the transmission! I have seen the tranny die completely towing one for a short distance, since the transmission fluid is not circulating. If you need to tow from the front then disconnect the prop shaft! No sense blowing out a perfectly good tranny! I have seen people tow them with the engine running so the fluid could flow somewhat but I would not recommend that!

Sorry- yeah, I meant using the 190E to tow a uhaul trailer, not towing the 190E itself. I'd be driving that bad boy. I just wasn't sure if it would be able to support the hitch or not. Anyone seen this/done this?

Not a problem, my dad has been towing touring caravans for about 15 years with his 190E (he's on his 3rd), they have all been manual transmission though. From memory the hitch is fixed to the rear chasis rails and through the trunk floor.
