Just fill it, but you'll need a retrofit kit

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BLEED OR EMPTY ANYTHING

I'm no mechanic, but the whole poisonous gas under extremely high pressure thing kinda scares me!!!

Take off the black cap near the shock tower and you're likely to find what looks like the valve stem on your tire. If so, you'll need a retrofit kit (right on the shelf next to all the other a/c recharge stuff). Many of the kits have a handy-dandy little CD-ROM included now to give you an idea of what you are getting into. I was able to buy just the CD, right on the shelf with the rest of the stuff.

That was the good news, the bad news is that our a/c systems don't age well; you may very well need more than a charge. But I guess the charging stuff is a cheap enough way to find out.
