Unhappy Window Problems

Any help would be appreciated. I have 1986 190 and the problem is the window on the driver side won't go down. It started with the left rear last year and now and now the left front. I took out the center switch the one with the rear switch and lock on it. I pulled it apart and tried cleaning it but it was a nogo. Is there a way to jump the wires to see if the switch is the culprit? If so... which one?

when you press the button does it make any noise? Also, is the right rear window working. If its a fuse. Both of those windows wont work (at least on my 1993 190e).

The window regulator on the 190 is a stupid mechanism The entire moving process is based on a little easily broken plastic clip on a rail.

I cleaned the center console switch it was pretty dirty. I check out the switch with an ohmeter and it seems good. The windows make no sound at all. If I press down or up. It seems like it's getting no power. I checked the fuses and they look good.
If it was a plastic broken clip on the rail I think I should still hear some kind of sound but nothing. Any other fuses or connection I could check for power?

First off, NEver look at a fuse on these cars.

They always crack in hairline places that are difficult to see with a quick once over. Happens all the time. When you first buy a 190 its a good investment to drop like 20 bux and replace every fuse in the box.
