A/C/Blower Fuse keeps blowing
Just started today, the #1 fuse (16A-Red) keeps blowing. But the funny thing is, the fuse will only blow if I have A/C & blower fan ON at the same time. With BOTH ON, the fuse will blow in about 20 seconds.
If only A/C ON (blower NOT ON), the fuse does not blow.
If only Blower ON (A/C NOT ON), again the fuse does not blow.
Any ideas to what I should check would be GREAT! TIA.

Could this be my problem?
I found this by post "SRDiver". Could this be my problem? Time to replace my Blower?

for the price of two fuses the problem was solved - turns out the route cause was a blown fuse. And the trouble all started when I replaced the fuse with a "bad" one. After many hours with a gauge and a few parts later all it took was a second fuse. However the blower matter may still require replacing. It seems as the brushes wear down it draws more amps and poof the fuse goes. Because the AC/Heat system is interconnected it will rob from one to try to make the other work, thus the buzzing relay and the Aux fan coming on.

May help someone out.....
OK, spoke to my Mechanic Uncle. He was surprised that it is only a 16A fuse with ALL that connected to it. He thinks the 16A fuse is just on the border & with parts getting old it will draw a bit more current, therefore end result blown fuse. He saids even when you recharge the A/C with a bit too much freon, under pressure will draw a bit more current too.
He gave me a "20A resettable fuse" to replace the 16A fuse. Problem SOLVED!

Update
OK, A/C failed again, compressor does NOT come on at all..period. Followed service manual's trouble shooting guide. Finally found the part, it was the A/C relay. I guess it finally failed completely.
