I have all seasons and for the Front its just fine but I have a hard time driving it in the snow even with 200lb of salt in the trunk.
I am searching for the best deal on 2 winter tires but anywhere I go nobody seems to have the 195/60/15 size.

I just used my local Craig list to look at used ones. Just do a search... Well worth it: http://www.craigslist.org/about/sites.html

for the two of you - go to CanadianTire and buy a set of Nordic (get studs if your province premits).
If you are a brand name buyer - Costco can always help you.
