zero oil pressure
When im sitting still, my gauge is reading NO oil pressure. Down to the ZERO. As soon as I start driving it goes right up and evetually gets t 3. ITs been like this for a few weeks now. I checked the oil. There is enough oil in there.
Is this just a bas sensor, or a pump? I would think if I had no oil pressure when sitting for the past 2k miles my engine would have died by now righ?

If you truly had zero oil pressure, your engine would be quite noisy as the pressure fed lifters would have collapsed (not to mention the racket from the increased rod bearing clearances). If it's as quiet as always, I would suspect the oil pressure sensor is bad.
