190e control arm interchangeability

190e control arm interchangeability
Looking for a lf control arm for my 92 2.3L. I see two different 1903 2.3 LF control arms listed, pre- 87, and post 87. Also 2.6L cars list a third part #. Is there any interchangeability between these parts?

With the introduction of the 2.6L, the LCA switched to the W124 part. Mercedes subsequently has superseded all the LCA for the W201 with the "sport suspension" version, which has "stronger" ball joints.
All will bolt up, but you should try to match the characteristics of the ball joints on both sides.
