ok i have read a a good deal of info on the forums about the K1 spring and the modulator's acting up, but i have not found anyone with their trans kicking down from 4th to 3rd on a flat road cruise'n at steady throttle, i have to shift to neutral then back to D to get it to shift back, happens once every week or so, any ideas anyone?

i have inspected the kickdown cable and it appears to be adjusted right, not too tight, i have tried loose'n it,

maybe i should replace the filter?

trans fluid is clean clean. i have no service records on this car, fairly new purchase
