Smile How do I get the front bumper loose?

Got an merc 190e from 1990 and i'm going to strip down the car and repaint it And i'm wondering if someone knows where all the nuts and bolts are located to the front bumper ?
Probably a really stupid question but I dont want to destroy anything.
(Sorry for my bad english)

Take the whole bumper off first. Those spoiler bolts are accessable with bumper off. MB woudn't do that to their mechanics.
