190 E Sport limited edition
looking to buy a 190E ..... and there is a guy who claims he has a 1993 Mercedes 190 E Sport limited edition .... i've never heard of a sport edition nor was i was able to find info online .... with all these experst on this board .. please help! thx

Mosselman 190E 16V+ C63S+ Abarth 595
he must have meant sportline. For 93 they have the 16V recaro 4 seater interior black with red leather inserts and bordering and same on door panels. Also has same springs as the 16V so it sits a little lower than a regular 190 and on the cladding in front of the front doors there is a sportline badge.

i looked at the car 2day .... 1st of all it wasn't in the greast shape and the guy wants $2650 for it .... plus it didn't have the badges on the fenders and it's not a 16v .... does anyone know if they all had them? please advise!

yes it did have the recaro interior red/black , carbon fiber dash inserts , sportline shifter but no sportline badges on fenders that i've seen on a few 190e sportline's ... did the black/grey 2tone sportline not come with it since i did see another pic of another sportline that was the same color combo and also no badges ... is 2650.00 a good price for a car that is not in the best shape .... also the tranny sticks on 1st gear i dunno if that's normal and just needs tuning .... any help would be great! thx!

The 1993 2.6 Limited Editions (700 built) were end of production specials. In the US dealers invited customers to order/purchase the limited allotments. The 2.6L LE have the Sportline option package, but not the badging. Sportline was an option package, not a model. The 2.3L LE did not have the Sportline package
