Question Car temp not steady

I noticed today that the engine temp doesnt stay steady but it never over heats... Range from 80 when moving to what I would guess is 90-95 when at a stop for a while. Time for a new thermostat?

If the fans are not coming on I would check the fuses.
If they come on late or intermintent might be issue with temp sensors

If it has been a while replace the thermostat, do coolant flush

At what temp should the fans come on, because they are popping on at about 100-115??? I don't want to buy the wrong temp sensor either... Is it the coolant temp senor or some thing else?

Do all the fans come on. If the A/C is on the fans should run. If not then I think one set come on at 100-105 and the other 115??? not really sure

Well what would cause the fans not to run while the AC is on?

check number 3 fuse I think it is. Mine usually turn in within a minute of turning on my ac. However, my temp rises between 80-110 depending on if i ma driving or sitting. If I wait in a drive thru for food, it gets too hot and I have to rev the engine to cool it down.
