Do you guys know if the 2.6 model is EFI?
And if there are any performance upgrades?

It is most mechanical fuel injection, the Bosch CIS system, like in the VW, Porsche, Audi and Volvo of the same vintage.
There are no "bolt on" performance upgrades for the M103, however many owners have done the engine swap of putting in the M104 six.
