Looking at buying a W201 with a transmission issue..
4 spd auto and it only goes in to rev and 2nd. Is this a common issue that sometimes can be repaired without a rebuild or replacement? IIRC I had a similar problem with a '72 250 that used to get me around. TIA from the new guy on the block. Haven't had a Mercedes for 18 years.
