Help on installing new blower speed switch
I am having to install a new blower speed selector switch in my 1986 190e
and looking for detailed procedure to install switch.
I see no easy access to switch.

Hello Anderbud - I've got an Aussie 190E 2.6 and the fan switch is playing up on bumpy roads. In Aus, we got the basic heater and AC - no climate control. Is this you or do you have a climate controlled version which seem very common in the US?

I think you just pull off the knob and then get a small hook and at the end of the wood pull it out trying not to damage the wood. Once the wood is out you can access two screws then it comes out.
