Removing spark plug caps...best method
Hi MB World patrons...I bought new plugs at Advance on sale in prep for winter...
Last time I changed the plugs I recollect troubles getting the spark plug covers off...they are a pourous aluminum material and extend into the valve cover.
I have a nice set of log needle nose from when I changed the bulbs in my wife's ML...thought that might be the right tool for the job...
As always any tips welcome!

Just grab at the housing with both hands, not the wire and pull, pull hard. They will give. Using a plyer may rip the rubber cover like the previous wrench did on mine.
This time around place some di-electric grease or BOSCH dizzy grease ( it holds up to the heat much better ) so the next time it will slip off easily it will also not allow moisture intrusion.
