First off, I'm new here and have a few questions regarding motor swap options for a 190e. I am well aware that pretty much any motor can fit into anything else given that person has the time and money to do it, regardless of that my main goal is either an 04 or newer 3.2 amg, or 5.5 amg going into the 190. I have been welding for years and jamming motors into suvs where they don't belong for about 4 of those years, but this will be my first car of my own I will do. I've done a couple of e30's, turbos, superchargers, m motors, all that jazz, but I like the Mercedes for myself.

So the questions are; does anyone know the measurements of the 3.2 or 5.5? I can't find anything anywhere and I'd like to know what kind of body/frame modifications would be required. Also, would there be any other better motors to use? I'd like to be over 400 rwhp and be able to keep the weight distribution reasonable. I would also prefer a newer setup. Thanks for any help.
