Looking good. IS there a chance you want to make me a SMOKIN deal on your original headlights?
I have a 2.3 Cosworth with those (one is cracked) but for some reason I like that style

Now you just need serious rubber.
With 7.5" rims offset to 40mm the stock guards handle 215 front and 235 rear no problem, no rub, just don't lower it whatever you do (or you have to go undersize tyres).

Oh and later US 2.3 engine is identical to the Euro one (early nam 2.3 has euro 2.0 output), so actually has a bit of power to tap. Don't decat but a hi-flo sports cat (a legal one) can get you about 5hp, whilst a tubular header is worth about 8hp. Kjet should be fully serviced by an expert shop, fuel distributors tend to get leaky and they're very fiddly items to get right, but have oodles of power on tap when working perfectly. After all, turbo Porsches on the track won races with it for two decades, and the Merc version has brass fittings Porsche owners upgrade to...
But they've tons of sensors for pre-emptive operation that need refreshing and lots of seals that petrify by the age of these cars, I found a kjet specialist worked out a relatively inexpensive and very cool option compared to running around in the dark when these things start running oddly, or you want to simply get factory fresh or improved performance.

Economy is pretty great with these things, hey. With a heavy foot, it doesn't even change much. It's awesome. I get like 500km from a tank and outrace 3.8 litre buick V6s no worries.
