What can I do?
I have a 85 Mercedes 190e 2.3l. I wanted to know if there anything else I can do to increase performance. I've already replaced the exhaust, not the headers but the rest. Done pretty much all the general service to it. What else could I do?

Engine tuning via the exhaust system is the easiest way as the oem system is slightly restrictive. The intake side isn't as crippled, but improvement on that side is very expensive . . . EFI and then tuning intake runners and throttle bodies. Don't fall for the "cold air intake" schemes.
Consider making the car brake and handle better via upgrades, as the car is pretty softly sprung and dampened. Going to 16" wheels opens the door to some easy brake caliper upgrades. While it won't give you straight line speed, making the car corner and brake better will make it faster with what it's already got.
