1988 190E 2.3 W201
Question About Tranny Swap
I have a 88' 190E W201 with a tranny that slightly slips and runs in high RPMs. Going 60 I'm at 3K RPMs and yeah... Pretty much been told by several others it was bad. Haha.
Anywho, I found another tranny from a guy who has a 91 190E which he believes is a 2.3 also. Said he will double check when he gets home.
If it is a 2.3 should I be able to have a tranny swap done?
Also, both are AUTO
Let me know what I would need ect..
