See sig.
I'd try the following (assuming recent tune-up, and everything's in pretty good shape):
1. Change the OVP Relay
2. Change your fuel accumulator and/or fuel filter
3. Change your fuel pressure regulator.

Cold Start Valve or the Engine Temp Sensor that controls the Cold Start Valve and CIS-E system. Mine did the same thing, I cleaned the cold start valve and replaced a bad Engine Temp Sensor and all was good. Check out 190revolution.net forums, very good for this kind of info.

2.6 Hard Starting
I have this start problem where after it sits for about 15 to 20 minutes, I go to start the 2.6 and I have to crank the starter for almost 10 to 15 seconds before it starts to slowly chug up to speed. Then she runs great after that. I checked the 10 amp fuse behind the battery. It's fine. I changed the spark plugs and air filter. Then ran some Techron through the fuel system. I just got the car. It has 35,000 miles on it. The engine compartment is spotless. This is the only issue I have with the car. Any help here would be great.

Yes they are the same as far as that goes. You may want to get a hold of the W201 Service CD, it has a lot of good info on it and how to fix just about everything. You can finds them on E-Bay. Some people at 190Rev have them as well if you ask.

190Revolution.net is a site dedicated to everything 190 related. Right up to the EVO I and EVO II's that were only sold in Europe. Aska question there and within an hour or so you have a lot of info. That is where I got any knowledge I have on the W201 class and have fixed a ton of issues without needing to visit a shop.

Well I hope someday to be able to pass on some knowledge as good as you guys have provided.
