Another M113

Okay so I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row before I start spending money like I have it. Let me just say while I am no stranger to motor swaps / building it will be my first Merc project.
190E M113 swap. Going with the 5.4 v8 seems like the best Idea I found.
Starting with a 2.6L 190E
Im told itll basically bolt right in, no need for custom motor mounts and all that jazz. Any particular set of Custom headers needed to make it fit?
Also sounds like i should opt for a W210 steering rack and upgrade the spindles, LCA's, Calipers and Rotors from a R129 500SEL, or W124 400e or 500e along with rear rotars and calipers? These are all basically bolt in parts?
Also sounds like I can use the 6 speed from a chrysler crossfire? What else can I pull the 6 speed from? Bolts up to the M113 without any custom work?
Is there a preference on what Standalone Fuel system to use with the M113, ive heard mostly Emereld or Megasquirt?
Last question is what can I pull a rear diff from? I imagine the Stocker wont be so strong and open? Id prefer a LSD.
Any input is appreciated. Thanks guys.

Sounds like you bnb have done your homework. I've wanted to do this for a while but don't have the means? Check out 190rev.net and the 190rev on fb. Lots of smart folks on there.
