Both rear window regulators need to be replaced, bought the parts, remove the door panel but cannot remove the regulator because the window is rolled all the way up. Since the regulator is dead, how can I roll the window down?

Any input is appreciated and thanks for your time.

its all correctly spelled out in MB WIS subscribe or go to ebay for a copy

I just did yesterday on mine. Just cut the cable on the old regulator and slide the window down. Rest of the install is straight forward.
