Lines going to radiator look wet

Simple as it sounds lines appear wet as if some liquid(to the touch feels like oil) was poured on them however there's nothing above to drip on them but still is wet all around notably the thinenr metal lines going to hex fittings

A photo may help. Are these the lines for the auto transmission temp control?

Sounds like the ATF cooler lines, they always start weeping with age. Get a new set of Rein/Conti, it's an easy 5 minute job.

I think a photo of the lines in question will help take the guess work out of which lines are at fault. Also, the color of the leaking liquid can also help identify the leaking lines.
