Curb weight of 190e
Despite my shortcomings with KE-Jet, I’m inclined to learn more about it and keep the system on my car.
It’s really a shame about 190rev. There was a lot of useful information about these antiquated systems.

I am very curious about your EHA gauge. It sounds like a helpful diagnostic tool. From what I’ve briefly read so far, you’re tapping into the EHA circuit?

I made my own harness but one can just buy a harness available online and retrofit it.
The gauge is linear from +20mA to -20mA range to see detail, but goes logarithmic from +/-20mA to +/-60mA. So it is a custom design.
Because the EHA current is the one single output of the entire fueling system it pretty much shows what functions work or do not and if the current is in spec all the time.
This is why I suggest any 35+ year old CIS engine car needs this. If I have enough interest I will order a batch, my second car needs it too.
It is a very good compliment to reading CIS manuals because there are details of the system not explained in those manuals that you can see in action of the gauge.
For the time being read up on the manuals though and if you have questions, ask away...

When I swapped them from the JY find dark brown those were manual seats (which I much prefer, and the natural cup holder comes with them without wasting much needed space in a small 190E interior).
During the swap I noticed I can barely lift an '88 auto seat. So must be like 60-70 pounds each. The Manual mb-tx seats are much lighter and felt like 40-50 pounds.
So in a car perhaps 40-50 pounds of difference for the 2 of them.
Even the manual seats are heavy and if replaced with something different more weight can be shed.
FYI.
