After just recently fixing almost everything on my car, it decided to throw me another curveball once again. I let my '89 190E 2.6 sit overnight after a couple of hours of driving with no issue, but when I came to drive off this morning, I started hearing a clicking noise from the left rear. I'm thinking it could be the CV axle, but I'd like a second opinion. And if it is the CV axle, would anyone know where to find one?
I should note (although probably unrelated) I did drive a couple feet and engaged the parking brake once on ramps before noticing the noise. I was installing my skid plate after having it removed for about a month. I only noticed the noise after driving off. Not to say it wasn't there.

Upon further inspection, I found a little grease spot on the inside of the CV axle against the differential. I'm now pretty certain its the CV axle. It didnt click when the wheels were turned manually, and didnt click when in drive/reverse while on jacks. Is this possible to fix without replacing the entire CV axle? I can't seem to find any for sale matching the 190E's part number (which I believe is 2013507810).
