********** EuroTeck's OFFICIAL E63 Carbon Fiber Diffuser Project **********
As many of you know, I've been trying to get Neal to build a Carbon Fiber rear diffuser for the E63 for almost a year now but with no luck. The problem is that there hasn't been too much interest for the E63 version because there just hasn't been as many E63s out there as there is E55s. However, due to constant nagging from myself and I'm sure others, Neal has finally agreed to give the project a try. The diffuser will obviously be more expensive than the E55 version because they will make a lot less of them, but it will well worth it. As many of you know, EuroTeck's products have always been top quality and their customer service is second to none.
Anyways, to make this happen, the price of the diffuser will be set at $900 per unit. We need to get a minimum of 10 people to pre-pay this non-refundable amount. Once all 10 payments have been received, we should see a finished product within 2 to 3 months. If we get more than 10 people, Neal may be able to lower the price a little bit.
I will start the interest list, and once we get 10 guys (and/or gals) to commit, Neal will post information on how to setup and send payment.

Thanks MB_Forever for getting this set up. But will the E63 version be a little different from the E55 version since the E63 has the color matched bar on the bottom of the diffuser that I actually like.

That is a very good question. We were planning to have the diffuser wrap around the bottom of the painted strip and it would be covered. It seemed to me like the only way to do it with it still looking aggressive, because I don't know how we can make one and stop at the painted strip. But I am open to any ideas, so feel free to comment on how you guys would like it to look.

What's the fuss all about? I've had mine for over a month now Lucky me! I actually have the VERY first one made. The production ones will come out soon for the E55's. You E63 folks don't have the luck. I wonder if the lower painted strip can be removed and if so, if the rest remains the same size? If that's that case, if someone can figure out how to remove the bottom painted strip, whether by cutting it off with a dremel, or whatever, that maybe a solution.

For now I will say I am in. I would like to see some more finalized ideas regarding what it would look like before totally commiting. Dont get my wrong. I like the 55 one, but would be nice if the 63 one was a little unique to the 55's
anyway my .02
I sippose as long as it looks good and doesnt slow me down I will be in

I was thinking about something similar to the Vorsteiner rear diffuser that wraps over the exhaust tips on both sides protruding a bit off the bumper with only two fins on the inner sides of the exhaust tips AND incorporate the color matched horizontal bar connecting the fins in the middle.
Just thinking out loud.

I actually really like the one on the E55, it makes the car look a lot more sporty and aggressive
Neal, is it possible for one of our photoshop pros to show us an image of the diffuser with the bar and without?

Maybe we'll get more interest once someone posts pictures of the couple of options we have (with and without the lower color-matched bar)
