Kleeman headers on W212 E63
I removed Kleeman headers and cats and put back stock manifolds + primary cat delete, did the dyno this morning:
435 rwhp SAE, (457 uncorrected), mods: Kleeman ECU, K&N, charcoal delete, ROW airboxes, primary cat delete
409 rwhp SAE, mods: Kleeman headers+hfcats, OEtune, K&N, charcoal delete, TTM airboxes
395 rwhp SAE, modes: Kleeman headers+hfcats, Kleeman ECU, K&N, charcoal delete, stock airboxes
It is over 26hp difference. So after removing Kleemann headers+cats and putting back stock manifolds (with primary cat delete) yielded a gain of ~ 26hp comparing to 409, and ~40hp over 395 run.
It is about ~10hp gain from my baseline (@424 SAE) without Kleemann headers:
OEtune, K&N, charcoal delete, TTM airbox mod: @424 RWHP.
So overall: Kleeman ECU/OEtune, K&N, charcoal delete, ROW airboxes, primary cat delete should yield anywhere from 25-40 rwhp

The first one compares the current mods (RED) to the setup with the Kleemann headers+cats (BLUE).
The second one is the best run uncorrected, and the last is the same run corrected.
I hope to see a thread from you in the coming months showing pretty good gains
they should have been the one to say it will not work.
have to appreciate Alberts honesty throughout the whole thing. hard to admit i spent XXX amount of dollars and not only did i not gain power i actually lost power. that's a tough pill to swallow.
i think the shop should have known better its supposed to be a good shop.
