ASP/Eurocharged dyno day results
We had some great gains for one of our customers with a 2009 sl65, gaining him some nice power over his previous Renntech tune.

Attached is an image dyno graph of the final run. A TCU tune was required to allow the car to go over 700 ft-lbs at the wheels. End result 562hp at 4850 rpm and 726 ft-lb at 2700 rpm. A gain of 32 ft-lbs of torque and 13 hp over the Renntech standard tune. The hp hump is noticably flatter as well. When Jerry saw the results of the Renntech run he wasn't sure he could add anything to it. But after tuning the TCU and adjusting the mappings he got the additional gains. In addition the car feels considerably more aggressive. Perhaps due to the tune or maybe because the TCU got reset. My rear tires are going to be gone in no time.
Note: Dito's usings the DYNOmite dyno. Reported to be more conservative than the more popular dynojet dynos.

Here's the RennTech tune. Certainly impressive as well. But it shows the gains that can be had with a custom tune on the dyno. Thanks Jerry.
